Implications of Non-Payment of Loan

If your payday loan payment is due and we're unable to withdraw funds from your checking account, the payment will be sent to collections. A $15 returned check fee may be charged; however, CashMax will not collect any additional fees.
Loan renewals:
In accordance with California law, your loan must be paid in full by the due date. You are eligible to re-loan at any time once the loan is paid in full.
Collection practices:
CashMax will collect in accordance with the principles of any applicable federal regulations at all times. CashMax may attempt to contact borrowers via one or more authorized methods, including phone calls and emails, to arrange for payment.
