CashMax has been targeted by unknown scammer
groups. These scammers are offering personal loans on behalf
of our company over the internet, by email, and making telephone
calls. They use the reputation of a legitimate, respected business,
along with dire threats, to get what they want from victims.
We would like to inform you that these actions are not being
made by CashMax. We value our customers and are working directly
with authorities to stop these scammers.
- The individual claims that you have been pre-approved for
a loan and then requires you to wire money or purchase a prepaid
debit/gift card as a “processing fee” or “good
faith deposit”. CashMax does not require any good faith
deposits.

You should always be cautious when volunteering
any personal or financial information over the phone or internet.
Never provide payment information that you did not initiate.
If you are uncomfortable with a phone call that was not initiated
by you, hang up or ask for the purpose of the call. Then verify the
contact details on the official CashMax website.

The individual threatens violence, intimidation, or uses foul language. The Federal Debt Collection Practices Act specifically prohibits debt collectors from being abusive, unfair, or deceptive in trying to collect debt.

Trade Commission and file a complaint.
